The terms that govern your use of Helm.

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of HELM, operated by NedTech.ai Ltd.

By accessing or using HELM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to use HELM.

Platform Access

HELM provides AI-assisted operational coordination and workflow support tools for businesses.

Access to features may vary depending on subscription tier, product availability, beta access, or service status. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Ensuring lawful use of the platform
  • Reviewing AI-generated outputs before use
  • Managing access permissions within their organisation

Users remain responsible for business decisions and operational actions taken using HELM.

Platform Status

HELM is currently in an early-access and evolving product stage.

Certain capabilities may still be in development and platform functionality may change over time.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use HELM to:

  • Generate unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • Conduct spam or unauthorised outreach
  • Impersonate individuals or organisations
  • Attempt to bypass security protections or compromise system security
  • Upload malicious code, malware, or other harmful content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Use the platform in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse or disrupt services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-Party Integrations

HELM lets you connect third-party accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to publish content and view performance from within the platform.

When you connect a third-party account, you remain responsible for complying with that platform’s own terms and policies, and you authorise HELM to access and use that account only as needed to provide the features you request. HELM’s access to and use of information from these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies, and a platform may change, limit, or revoke access at any time.

AI-Generated Outputs

HELM may generate content, workflows, recommendations, summaries, or operational suggestions using AI systems.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. HELM does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of outputs for any specific purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

HELM should not be used as a substitute for professional legal, financial, compliance, medical, employment, accounting, or regulatory advice.

Where publishing, workflow automation, or outbound communication features are used, users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and managing oversight settings appropriately.

Intellectual Property

HELM, including its software, branding, systems, and underlying technology, remains the property of NedTech.ai Ltd.

Users retain ownership of content, business information, uploaded files, prompts, documents, workflows, communications, and operational data uploaded or connected to the platform.

Users grant NedTech.ai a limited licence to process and use uploaded information solely for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting, and improving HELM services.

Data received from connected social media accounts (“Platform Data”) is governed by our Privacy Policy. It is processed solely to deliver the features you request and is not used to train or improve generalised artificial intelligence models.

Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details will be presented at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time
