Helm provides AI powered departments that work with the tools your business already uses, sharing your business context so nothing falls between the cracks. Each department owns an area of the business. Flux runs your marketing, whilst Summit keeps your customer relationships close.
No. Helm proposes, you approve. Anything that leaves your business (a post, an email, a change to a customer record) arrives in your approval queue first. You can see what it wants to do and why before anything happens.
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok. You connect each account once and Helm handles the platform-specific rules (aspect ratios, caption limits, video specs) so a single draft becomes the right post on every channel.
A few ways. You give it a brand profile (how you sound, what you sell, who you sell to) and you upload the documents it should treat as source material. Everything it drafts is grounded in that, so the output reads like you rather than like a generic assistant. Helm also learns from your usage and feedback, so the more you use it the better it gets at understanding your business.
No. Departments are enabled per organisation, and you only see the ones you are set up for. Adding a department later does not disturb the ones already running.
Your organisation, and only the members you invite. Your documents, brand profile and connected accounts are scoped to your organisation and are never used to train shared models. You can disconnect any account at any time, which immediately revokes Helm's access to it.
Turn on two-factor authentication in security settings. Access to connected platforms uses OAuth, so Helm never sees or stores your passwords for those services, and you can revoke it from the platform's own settings as well as from Helm.
