Helm began with a simple truth: growing a business should not mean losing control of it.

Entrepreneur and NedTech.AI CEO Liam Chapman has lived the founder’s reality. Too many tools, too few people, and never enough time. In searching for solutions, he explored the wave of new AI tools promising efficiency and automation. But they all fell short.

They were just that. Tools. None delivered the strategic intelligence or cohesion needed to feel like a true extension of his team. Instead, they added more noise to an already overloaded environment.

So we built HELM. The AI operating system for business. Created by NedTech AI, HELM helps growing companies bring AI into the way they actually operate, combining technical expertise with real-world experience of building, running and scaling businesses
